Dear Valued Unique Customer,
We have received confirmation
from majority of Asia-USA carriers that PSS will be extended until November 30th,
2007. There are still many that have announced intentions to extend until
February 28, 2008 but no official filings. The PSS date is valid and will
be charged on cargo received at origin CY/carrier facility until November 30,
2007. If carrier formerly announce extension beyond November 30th,
2007 then we will update accordingly as this time draws nearer.

Dear Valued Unique Customer,
We have received confirmation from most ocean carriers that PSS is extended by 16 days until October 31, 2007. The PSS date is valid on cargo received at origin CY carrier facility.
Many carriers have indicated that it is possible that PSS will extend until November 30th, 2007 and one carrier (not utilized by ULI) have filed for extension until January 31, 2008. The extension beyond October 31st is speculative by the carrier since most ocean lifting at present are quite full just following the China Holiday. If market remain heavy for the next 15 days, then it is possible that carrier will extend PSS another 15-30 days with regular review. If there is further extension, then we will send out an updated notice.
