Dear Bosses and Colleagues,

  <>Ramadhan / Fasting month for Moslem Colleagues in Indonesia will be started from 13th September to 12th October 2007.  After Ramadhan, will be followed by Lebaran / Idul Fitri  /Moslem New Year which will be falled on 13th and 14th October 2007.

  <>During Lebaran /  Idul Fitri, official holiday and massive holiday will be started from 12th October 2007 to 16th October 2007 and most of the Factory will be having long holiday and effective resume work on 22th Octber 2007.

To avoid storage charges incurred in Indonesia,  for your export shipment by  AIR and Ocean into JKT or Indonesia,  it is suggested to send  with following schdle :

1. Before Lebaran holiday  :  latest ETA 4th October 2007 or

2. After Lebaran holiday  :  earliest ETA 22nd October 2007.

To anticipate RUSH for our EXPORT  shipment FROM JKT or Indonesia, our closing time as follow :

1.  Air Export from JKT or  Indonesia

a.  Cargo closing date / time  :  11th October 2007  at  1800hrs.

b.  Please make sure do booking A WEEK in advance before closing date & time

2. Ocean Export from JKT or Indonesia

a. BEFORE Lebaran  :  last ETD JKT  :  8th October 2007  -  CLOSING DATE & TIME  :  4th October 2007 at 1600hrs

b. AFTER Lebaran  : 

-.  effective ETD JKT : 22th October 2007  -  CLOSING DATE & TIME :  18th October 2007  at 1600hrs, PROVIDED all booking confirmation APPROVED by Buyer BEFORE Lebaran Holiday ( 11th October 2007).

-.  effective ETD JKT : 29th October 2007  -  CLOSING DATE & TIME  : 25th October 2007 at 1600hrs, PROVIDED all booking confirmation APPROVED by Buyer BEFORE 24th October 2007.

c. November ETD will be back to normal.
