Dear Colleagues and Working Fellows,

Regret to inform you that Hong Kong is being hit by typhoon today and almost all the commercial activities have to be stopped included our office will be closed within an hour time.  Accordingly, all flights and vessel sailings will be delayed or canceled.   But we expect the typhoon will pass Hong Kong in the evening time and hopefully business will be resume to normal by tomorrow.

Thanks for your attention to this matter and kindly explain to the customer if there is any inconvenience caused to them.
