Dear Valued Unique Customer,

Our Hong Kong office received the below advisory from Hanjin.  ULI has not received any further notice from carrier with regard to contingency plans.  We have noticed recently a progressive slow-down as well as delay of 3-4 days for cargo leaving the port.  There may not be any correlation between the two situations.  However, we are seeing some delay so want to keep our customers aware of the situation and potential for slow-down in the future.  As we receive more information, we will keep our customer updated.

Thank you for your support of Unique Logistics International (ATL).

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that the Office Clerical Union (OCU) is currently undergoing contract negotiations for their July 1, 2007, expired contract. A new three year contract is being discussed by both parties involved; the union, representing the office clerical workers at the West Coast gateway (Los Angeles and Long Beach terminals), and their employers. Despite repeated efforts an agreement has yet to be reached; with health and pension benefits proving to be the crux of the discussions. The potential for a walk out order remains a possibility if no resolution can be reached. A close eye is being kept on the situation. We will be sure to inform you of any further developments.

Should you have any questions or concerns please call Hanjin Hong Kong customer service or sales at (852) 2507-1324, or 2507-1326

Sincerely,

Hanjin Hong Kong Sales Team
